Mr. Vang frequently presents lectures for other attorneys concerning how to defend people accused in DUI and implied consent cases. Mr. Vang explained the subject of "Confronting the Legal Fiction of Implied Consent in a DUI/DUID case" to the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association (WTLA) and the National College of DUI Defense (NCDD)

Mr. Vang was recently presented a lecture for the Wyoming Trial Lawyers Association (WTLA) Annual Convention in Lander, Wyoming, where he explained "Defending an Alcohol Concentration Measurement created with an Intoximeter Breath Machine."

Mr. Vang will be explaining how to defend blood and urine testing in a DUI case at the Wyoming State Bar Convention, "Why There Must be Strict Compliance with a Laboratory's Approved Scientific Methods (Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)) in a Driving Under the Influence (DUI) Case. Mr. Vang will also discuss the "The Constitutional Requirements that apply to a Lab's Gas Chromatography Procedures" for the National Associated of Criminal Defense Lawyers in Las Vegas.
